Where do the proceeds from my purchase go?
100% of the profits from the BC SPCA online store go directly toward providing rescue, shelter, and medical care for animals in need across British Columbia.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on most unworn and unused items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days within Canada. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been processed and shipped from our warehouse.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within Canada and to the United States. Shipping rates and delivery times for US orders will be calculated at checkout.
How can I ensure I am ordering the right size for apparel?
We provide a detailed size chart on every product page. We recommend measuring a similar garment you already own and comparing it to our measurements to ensure the perfect fit.
